Amazon’s ‘The Summer season I Turned Fairly’ Renewed for Season 3

Amazon is returning to Cousins.

The retail large/streamer has handed out a season-three renewal for its young-adult collection The Summer season I Turned Fairly.

Based mostly on the e book trilogy by creator and exec producer Jenny Han, season three will include 10 episodes — up from its earlier orders of seven and eight in seasons one and two, respectively.

Based on an Amazon information launch, season three of Summer season was greenlit forward of each the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Manufacturing on the brand new season won’t start till after each the writers and performers strikes have been resolved.

Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka will function co-showrunners on season three of the collection and exec produce alongside Karen Rosenfelt, Hope Hartman, Mads Hansen and Paul Lee of Wiip, which co-produces the collection alongside Amazon Studios.
